This is me, Kayla! 

KW Sewing 

I have been doing bridal alterations for five years now. I worked for three years at a bridal alterations company, but decided I wanted a more personal experience with my brides so started out on my own! 

My sewing background is based in costume construction, I have a costume making degree, and I do from time to time, still work on costumes for TV and film. Which can be very exciting but not as glam as the bridal world!

These are a few of the films I have worked on. As previously stated, I originally trained for costume making and accidentally fell into bridal alteration! 

I do still do the occasional film here and there. However, I can't help but love being part of a brides big day, and seeing all the amazing dresses that come across my sewing machine.
